Can I Cancel my order?

Easy Cancellation within 15 minutes of your order

You can now cancel your order prior to the fulfillment windows described below by simply going to your receipt page! If your order has not been printed, you'll be able to simply click
the cancel button for a full refund:

If you do not have a Mailform account - navigate to our order lookup page with your order id and recipient zip code and use the cancel button on your receipt.
If you do have a Mailform account - log in, go to Profile --> History and click on the receipt button related to the order in question. From there use the cancel button.
Keep in mind that if you would like to simply change the recipient or sender address - you can also do so on your receipt page.

If the cancel button is not available, this means that your letter has already been printed and we will not likely be able to cancel the order. Please email support@mailform.io with the subject line in the following format: "cancel:<order_id>". 

Please read below for cutoff times based on the class of service chosen.

USPS First Class & USPS Certified Mail

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of receipt, between 7am and 4pm EST, Monday through Saturday. 

After the two hour window, and for cancellation requests after 4pm, we will make every effort to cancel orders upon request, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

USPS Priority Mail

Orders placed before 10:45 am must be cancelled within a 15 minutes.

After the 15 minute window, and for cancellation requests after 11 am, we will make every effort to cancel orders upon request, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

USPS Priority Express Mail

Orders placed before 8:45 am must be cancelled within a 15 minutes.

After the 15 minute window, and for cancellation requests after 9 am, we will make every effort to cancel orders upon request, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

FedEx Standard Overnight Mail

FedEx orders made prior to 4:30 pm must be cancelled within 15 minutes. After 4:30pm we will make every effort to cancel orders upon request but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
