Mailform accepts and mails PDFs formatted to 8.5" x 11" document size.

Not all PDF's are made equal. The Portable Document Format (PDF) is an open standard document type which can contain rich content. As a result many applications can create PDF's and retain (or not retain) the underlying information used to generate these documents.

There are a million reasons we might not be able to accept your document: sometimes it's the fonts or other specific data that our machines can't interpret. 

If you have a photo or word document that you'd like to mail, try saving the file as PDF, printing to PDF from Adobe, Microsoft or Google Applications, or using the Export tool to generate a PDF. Generally, this creates a document that we can faithfully print and mail.
