What is your Refund Policy?
We have an automated fulfillment system so please keep in mind the below timelines regarding refunds:
First and foremost, we don't monitor our support inbox outside of 9 am to 4pm EST, Monday through Friday. We implore customers to exercise caution when sending documents outside of business hours. Orders cancelled outside of these hours will be automatically fulfilled overnight and not subject to refund
USPS First Class & USPS Certified Mail
Orders cancelled within 2 hours of receipt, between 7am and 4pm EST, Monday through Friday, will be refunded to the form of payment.
After the two hour window, and for cancellation requests after 4pm, we will make every effort but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
USPS Priority Mail
Orders can be cancelled for full refund if the cancellation request is received before 10:45 am when we fulfill priority mail for the day.
Orders placed after 10:45 AM must be cancelled within 15 minutes to receive a full refund.
USPS Priority Express Mail
Orders can be cancelled for full refund if the cancellation request is received before 8:45 am.
Orders placed after 8:45 am must be cancelled within 15 minutes to receive a full refund.
FedEx Standard Overnight Mail
Orders must be cancelled within 15 minutes to receive a full refund.
We will refund all unused credit requested within a month. After 1 month, refunds of credit purchases will be net of a 3% processing fee.
