Why are my freshbooks invoices not being sent out via Mailform

We set up a single switch where you can easily turn Automation with Mailform on and off.

This switch is here so that you can make changes to settings and customer profiles without risking mail being sent out.

To turn Mailform Automatic print and mail on:

  1. Go to the Company Settings tab within the Mailform Integration
  2. Select Enable Automatic Settings

This change will not affect any invoice you send manually
