Enable Company Delivery Notifications
When using the Mailform integration within Freshbooks, you can opt in to allow Mailform to send you delivery notification. This means that when we get confirmation from the USPS that your envelope has reached your recipient, we'll send you an email!
To change this setting, simply go to the Company Settings tab of the integration and switch the Enable Delivery Notifications setting to YES!
Please keep in mind that delivery notifications are available largely with Certified Mail. First Class Mail receives delivery confirmation only 40% of the time as the USPS does not provide end to end tracking for this product.
