How do I set up Single Sign On?
Mailform Accounts which are linked to a Company, may secure access for all users in using the Google identity provider (IdP) or a Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) provider such as Google or Microsoft Entra ID
Benefits include:
Instantaneous Account Creation: No need to manually invite individual users and manage (new) users using your existing procedures and processes.
IdP-initiated login: authenticate from an IdP’s website or browser extension, assuming the IdP supports Service-Provider-Initiated login.
Mailform supports (SAML) version 2.0, which allows for the creation and authentication of team member accounts to be deferred to an IdP.
Single Sign On with the Google IdP requires a Mailform Professional, Small Business or Enterprise subscription.
Contact support@mailform.io to get started, or companies with the appropriate subscription can initiate the SAML setup request and instruct users to login via https://www.mailform.io/sso-login.
You will need the following information to configure via SAML:
Email Domain: Your Company's domain
Entry Point: Your SAML IdP login URL
Issuer: https://www.mailform.io/
Certificate: SAML public key certificate used to verify the SAML login
New Administrators should create a Mailform account by signing up here and creating a company.
