1. Card Provider Errors

Insufficient funds or a "Do Not Honor" response from your bank.
Your bank or card provider blocking the transaction.
✅ Solution: Check with your bank or card provider, or try using a different card. Unfortunately, we are unable to override these issues on our end.
2. Incorrect Billing Information
Our payment provider requires that both the street address and ZIP code match the details associated with your card. If the payment fails, it could be due to:
Incorrect street address, ZIP code, or card verification code.
The bank rejecting the transaction for a variety of reasons.
International addresses: Use the postal code of your billing address.
✅ Solution: Double-check your billing information and try again. If the issue persists, try using a different payment method.
3. Ad Blockers & Browser Issues
Certain browser extensions, such as ad blockers, may interfere with the checkout process.
✅ Solution:
Disable any ad blockers on the checkout page.
Try using private browsing (incognito mode) or a different browser.
4. Pending Charges on Your Statement
If your payment attempt was unsuccessful, you may see a temporary "pending" charge on your bank statement. This is not a completed charge and will automatically be removed.
