Example format for Mailable W2

Mailform can extract addresses for both senders and recipients for W2 Mailings.
Here are a few formats we accept

These type of docs are produced by software like Quickbooks and The Ohio State Department of Education Software (SSDT).
IRS 1099 (1 or 2 up)
Some systems produce a "2 up" or a single page with the Copy 2 and Copy B - this is also acceptable!
Please note we can manage slight variations but for example stacked vertical w2 forms are not yet acceptable in our automated system. For custom extraction please contact support@mailform.io!
