Can I see a letter I sent on Mailform?

It Depends!

We send Hundreds of Thousands of letters, and in many cases documents with definition that result in large file sizes. In most cases our customers do not need us to keep these document beyond fulfillment, because those documents are stored on your hard drive or cloud storage already.

To keep your costs lower, we don't store these permanently unless you opt into Document Retention.

This is an additional service, for professional users, who may want us to retain files for resending or other reasons.

Users who sign up for a Company with Mailform can update their plan and elect to have document retention
