Feature Spotlight: Live Stamp
Add a Personal Touch with Live Stamps
When you send mail through Mailform, your letters are typically delivered as USPS First Class Mail using advanced integrations with the USPS. Instead of traditional stamps, Mailform leverages intelligent mail barcodes printed through windowed envelopes, which automatically include the necessary postage.
But for customers who prefer a more personal or official look, we offer the Live Stamp feature.
What is a Live Stamp?
A Live Stamp is a real USPS postage stamp placed on the outside of the envelope—just like a letter you’d send from your home mailbox. It offers a traditional and personal feel that can make your mail stand out.
Why Choose Live Stamps?
Adds a personal touch – Ideal for holiday cards, invitations, or personal correspondence.
Increases open rates – Real stamps often make mail look more personal and less like automated advertising.
Looks official – For certain business or legal documents, it adds an extra level of formality.
How to Select Live Stamp
You can enable the Live Stamp option in two places:
Bulk Mail Flow: Navigate to the Main Envelope Management screen and select "Live Stamp" for the relevant envelope(s).
Single Letter Flow: Choose "Live Stamp" during the Mail Service Selection step.
