My data within an integration is not updating

Mailform integrations connect with your applications through API's and certain aspects of data are updated at certain times.

Generally, if you make a change to your account within an application like Freshbooks or Clio, you'll need to log out of the session completely and then log back in for us to pick up this data.

If there are documents within the application which use things like your address. Company name, logos etc, it is possible you'll need to regenerate the relevant invoices or matters in order to utilize the new information or media
