Activate Ground Mail for new invoice profiles

The "Activate Ground Mail for new Invoice" election will change your default settings for new recurring templates.
When set to "Yes" all new recurring templates will be set to automatically send by Ground Mail. You can see these in the invoice profile settings tab where you can always update individual profiles.
