I've just switched over to the New Freshbooks , how will my previous customers paper billing be transferred?

Mailform will pull all of your recurring profiles into our system once you connect your Freshbooks account, however unfortunately, these will not be set to automatically send via ground mail.

We're currently working on pulling in your old customer profile settings from the Freshbooks Classis system into our system - please check back here for updates!

At the moment, we only provide an option to enable Automatic sending for all invoice profiles. You can do this by 

  1. First making sure that the "Enable Automatic Sending" button on the left side of the Recurring Invoice page is set to "Yes" 

  2. Then clicking the "Select All" button on the right 

  3. And finally clicking the Save button to store your election.
