Where is my tracking information?
For Certified, Priority Mail and FedEx orders, your tracking number and a link to the USPS and FedEx will be available on your receipt page. If you did not sign up when using Mailform, just use our Order Lookup Tool.

Select Profile --> History
Click the receipt button for the order you're searching for
Your tracking numbers and a link related to the carrier will be available on your receipts page.

Due to COVID, a lot of envelopes are delayed. If you've waited beyond what the USPS classifies as late mailand you have a USPS tracking number - you can ask for more information about your package with the USPS via this link.
USPS First Class Mail & Postcards
There is no door-to-door tracking for USPS First Class Letters. Using the USPS' Intelligent Mail Barcode system, we will provide you with a follow up email when the order is first accepted or scanned into the USPS system. The first scan can take place anywhere from the initial distribution facility, to your recipient's local post office. You will not receive a delivery confirmation. Sending a message First Class is similar to dropping off your letter at the corner mailbox. Please allow up to 8 business days for your letter to arrive.
USPS Certified Mail
You will receive a follow-up email once we receive a tracking number, and you can track your Certified Letters directly with USPS. Tracking numbers are generated anywhere from 4 hours after your initial receipt to 2 business days later. Please allow up to 8 business days for your Certified letter to arrive.
USPS Priority
You will receive a follow-up email once we receive a tracking number, and you can track your mail directly with USPS. Tracking numbers are generated anywhere from 2 hours after your initial receipt to the next business day, depending on what time you place your order. Please allow up to 5 business days for your Priority Mail to arrive.
USPS Priority Express
You will receive a follow-up email once we receive a tracking number, and you can track your mail directly with USPS. Tracking numbers are generated anywhere from 2 hours after your initial receipt to the next business day, depending on what time you place your order. Please allow up to 3 business days for your Priority Express Mail to arrive.
FedEx Standard Overnight
You will receive a follow-up email once we receive a tracking number, and you can track your mail directly with FedEx. If you place your order before 4:30 PM (EST), tracking numbers are generated the same day, and your mail will arrive the next day. If you place your order after 4:30 PM or overnight, your tracking number will be generated the next business day, and delivery will be the day after.
* For PayPal payments: your receipt, tracking notifications and delivery notices will be sent to the email attached with your PayPal account for security purposes. Please check there to ensure you get all notifications.
